A $25 deposit is required to reserve your permanent jewelry appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the final cost of your jewelry, and the remaining balance will be paid at the end of your appointment in store.
The deposit is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us via phone at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you are a no-show to your appointment your deposit will be forfeited.

Each appointment is approximately 15 minutes and is reserved for one person per time slot.
During your appointment, you may choose to have multiple pieces of permanent jewelry applied. There is no limit to the number of pieces you may purchase during your scheduled time.
If you plan to come with friends, that’s great! Please make sure each person books their own appointment and select consecutive time slots so you can be seen one after another.
Example: Two people should book the 1:00 PM and 1:15 PM time slots.
